Stephen Couche is Chair of the Peter Couche Foundation. The Peter Couche Foundation operates within the Robinson Institute at the University of Adelaide and raises awareness and important funds to support innovative research being conducted using non-embryonic stem cells to treat the effects of stroke.

Recently Stephen has retired as Managing Director of Orlando Wines and as a Director of its parent company Premium Wine Brands. He remains on the management committee of Premium Wine Brands. Stephen joined Orlando Wines in 1974 and has overseen the international development of Jacob’s Creek since its launch in 1976.
