Rob Lloyd

Robert Lloyd is an actor, comedian and improviser who has performed extensively across Australia. His onstage career highlights include performing as a member of cult musical comedy group The Dodge, as well as award winning comedy trio The Hounds. He worked as Artistic Director of improvisational comedy group The Crew. On television Rob appeared as an ensemble member of Thank God You’re Here (Series 1) and was a writer and lead performer in the VicRoads controversial series of ‘Don’t be a dickhead’ viral sketches. Rob also enjoys touring with the RiAus Free Range Science program.

Science of Fiction: Doctor Who (29 October 2011) presented by Free Range Science (Rob has been a Doctor Who fan for 15 years. His favourite Doctor is actor Jon Pertwee, his favourite companion is the character of Leela, and his favourite stories are Inferno, The Robots of Death, and The Doctor’s Wife. Recently, Rob presented a one-man Doctor Who themed show Who, Me. for the 2011 Melbourne Fringe Festival.)
